Privacy Policy
This policy explains how personal data is handled when you visit Revenu, create an account or use the service.
1. Data controller
DELOBE FLORENT EI, trading as FlowCodeLab, is the data controller for the Revenu website, account administration, security and its own commercial operations. Address: 200 rue de la Croix Nivert, 75015 Paris, France. Privacy contact: support@revenu-pro.com.
For caller, lead and appointment data processed on a professional customer's instructions, that customer normally acts as controller and Revenu acts as processor. The respective duties are completed in the applicable data-processing agreement.
2. Data we process
- Account and business data, such as your email, company details, services, hours and appointment rules.
- Contact and interaction data used for missed-call recovery, including phone numbers, call metadata, conversation content and appointment outcomes.
- Technical and support data, such as authentication events, device information, logs and messages sent to support.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We process data to create and secure accounts, provide the requested service, handle support, improve reliability, prevent misuse and meet legal obligations. Depending on the context, processing is based on performance of a contract, legitimate interests, legal obligations or consent.
4. Service providers and transfers
We use specialised providers to operate the service, including Supabase for authentication and data infrastructure, Vercel for hosting, IONOS for business email, Stripe for subscriptions, business invoices and payments, and Twilio or Retell for telephony and voice AI when real calling is enabled. Payment card data is collected directly by Stripe and is not stored by Revenu. Data is shared only as necessary for each provider's role. Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, appropriate safeguards are used where required.
5. Retention
We retain account data while the account is active and then only for the period needed to handle deletion, legal, security and evidentiary requirements. Interaction data is retained according to the configuration, customer instructions and applicable law. Technical logs are kept for a limited period proportionate to security needs.
6. Your rights
Subject to applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. You may withdraw consent at any time where consent is the legal basis. Contact support@revenu-pro.com. For data controlled by a Revenu customer, requests may be redirected to that business. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
7. AI calls, recording and opt-out
The voice agent is configured to identify the relevant business and disclose that the caller is interacting with an AI assistant. Where audio is recorded or transcribed, the customer must ensure that the caller receives the information required for that processing. Opt-out and do-not-contact requests are recorded so that future automated callbacks can be blocked.
8. Cookies and local storage
Revenu currently uses only storage necessary for authentication, security and language preference. We do not use advertising cookies. If optional analytics or marketing tools are introduced, the information and consent mechanism will be updated before they are enabled.
9. Security and updates
We apply technical and organisational measures designed to protect data, including controlled access and encrypted transport. No system is completely risk-free. We may update this policy as the service evolves and will display the current date on this page.
